      Pros

      I love working for a company where I feel cared about by my leadership team, excited to work with my coworkers and proud of the team we’ve built. This is arguably the best company I’ve worked for so far in my career. Also, the move to RSUs has been really exciting — and competitive, from a compensation perspective.

      Good work-life balance, collaborative engineering culture, dogs, two-sided marketplace is an interesting product to work on, forward-thinking about AI tools.

      Cons

      As the overwhelming market leader in the space (RIP Wag!), there is maybe some complacency.
