Pros

- Dog benefits like a bonus toward getting your first dog, really dog friendly office, dog vacation to match your vacation time. - Healthcare, retirement, vision, and dental benefits too. - Everyone in the company is passionate about what they do. - Seriously overhauling what the other review cited, where ideas are brainstormed and then nothing happens. You can propose a project and end up implementing it within the next week or two. - Heavily metrics driven. Embrace successful tactics, improve or discard unsuccessful ones. - Every employee knows how the company is doing. - Upper management is invested in how everyone else at the company is doing. - Seeing amazing growth in investment, users, and income - Looking to increase the size of the development team so they can implement changes even faster. Heavy investment in the site. Did I mention puppies?

Cons

- Startup atmosphere can mean you over-invest your time. It's very easy to decide to work from home during the evening, even if it's just checking emails. This is not encouraged by anybody, but does seem to be widely embraced. - Navigating the growth from startup to more corporate structure in terms of project implementation, budgeting, etc. The culture is still casual and fun, they are just growing into having more set processes. If handled well, it will be fine.

Great platform, profile covers all the important points

Very limited inbound requests, would have expected more in a high density area for dog ownership

Pros

Good work-life balance, collaborative engineering culture, dogs, two-sided marketplace is an interesting product to work on, forward-thinking about AI tools.

Cons

As the overwhelming market leader in the space (RIP Wag!), there is maybe some complacency.
