      -Lots of opportunities for growth as the company continues to expand. -Real ownership of systems and ability to make meaningful changes. -Great people and team members. -Dogs in the office! -Well stocked break areas with snacks and drinks.

      -Things are constantly changing because we are growing so fast. -Some things are still being worked out since we are still a startup.
