      They have a sound reputation in their industry and they are flexible when it comes to manufacturing. A lot of very valuable people in the organization as a whole.

      Cons

      The don't know how to on-board salespeople. They do not plan for the long term. Too focused on putting out the next fire to dedicate time to thinking strategically.
