      Pros

      I had a contracted position with the New York office and enjoyed my time working there. The senior staff were helpful and were great with mentoring and answering questions. The culture at ROux was very welcoming as well.

      Cons

      The only thing I can mention as a con is that sometimes the field work can get a little crazy. This, in turn, resulted in not so healthy balance between home and work at times.

      Pros

      Easy to learn and do field work but when you get into the office have to hunt for billable work. Depending on the job will get a good amount of OSHA trainings

      Cons

      Pay- expected to work over 40 with a "bonus" that is not equivalent to hours work Company trucks need replaced Always hunting for billable work Come in on weekends to prep for Monday work Location of office in very far south NJ Management will not give you the time needed to meet and discuss goals or issues and surprise things at you. 95% of sites are in NNJ.
