Beware !! - Senior Product Engineer Routematic Employee Review

I had a difficult experience at this company. The management lacked clear direction, which made it hard to prioritize work effectively. Team communication could be improved as there is none - decisions were often made without input from relevant team members. The company values are not aligned with my career goals. However, I learned that most people are just licking boots off of each other to stay in the company. Not the right fit for me and definitely not a right fit for anyone in their right minds.
