      Decent management, flexible hours, nice people

      Cons

      Upper management unclear of priorities. Zero training budget. They're working on an LMS. Training for employees is not competitive.

      - Bad pay - Extremely high call volume with very little time off the phones - Changes are made without consulting agents first - hurts workflow - Management doesn't care - Level 2 and 3 teams don't read tickets half of the time - No room for career growth - Have to request ALL time off including all holidays
