Pros

Work/Life balance is pretty good and flexibility is consistent across the company. There is still a small company feel with big company benefits for the most part. If you work in the sales/operations arena, you can count on quality leadership that is just, fair and will provide actual leadership. Many coworkers become like family and the culture among peers is generally happy, fun and lighthearted.

Cons

Experience can be VERY dependent upon the department you work in. If you work in a department with a terrible officer/director, Good luck. Quality of work doesn't matter as long as you can fake it, brown nose and smile. Some officers/directors only care about their image to the CEO. The word promotion doesn't exist in some departments unless someone above you quits or you threaten to leave. Management is reactive, not proactive and middle management has no authority to make any real decisions. Opportunities to learn and grow only exist for senior management and above. Growth has far outpaced change.
