Pros
A great place to work with like-minded, talented peers. Some of the cleanest facilities in the sport along with plenty of room for advancement. A lot of team building activities to participate in plus everyone takes pride in their work. CEO is very involved, he is not afraid to jump in and help, and knows everyone by name.
Cons
The sport is not for everyone (as with all of racing), a lot of expansion and contraction dependent on many moving variables. Can be a grind at times, a long season with strict deadlines.
