      Great families and campers, Great people (especially volunteers!!), Great staff team. Has made a lot of efforts to promote work-life balance, improve benefits, and listen more to employees

      Cons

      There could be more openness to new ideas and feedback, more efficient management practices, and more of an effort made by all staff to really get to know campers and families.

      Pros

      Unlimited food is provided on work days and you work 7 out of every 10 days. Located right on the CO River so plenty of things to do on free time if you like nature and a slower style of life.

      Cons

      Long work days with little time off.
