Amazing people and work - Anonymous employee Roundhouse Employee Review

Only have wonderful things to say about the Roundhouse team. I had the opportunity to contract with them as a PM for around 3 months. Stephanie, the Director of the PMs is a great leader. She hired me after just one brief interview and really helped me get acclimated to the team and environment. I felt like a new internal hire as opposed to an external freelancer. I was always supported by her and the team. Pay was competitive and they strive to have a great work/life balance. Everyone pulls their weight and deadlines are easily met. If you have the chance to contract with them, do it!

NONE! The only con I have is with the requirement staffing agency that "employed" me. Roundhouse felt more like my employer and did more for me than the agency did.

expectations are clear and they run a tight ship. beautiful location and generally nice customers.

Micro managed, not enough money for the level of service they ask of you. Clear favoritism for less qualified employees.
