Great small business - Accountant Roundhouse Employee Review

Don’t think I can name one.

Awful company to work for. No positive acknowledgment internally. Everyone is blaming each-other across departments for any mistakes. No one takes accountability and everyone is looking to pass it on to the next person. An incredibly toxic working environment. I take pity on anyone that has to endure such awful management. Not very nice people at all. A lot of issues with this company and seems like it’s all a bit of a facade.

Below senior management level everyone is great and easy to get along with. Supportive peers who have each others backs.

At senior management level it is terrible. Constantly undermining each other, poor relationship with employees, rude, unappreciative, constant empty promises, below average salary and overall an increasing poor environment to be a part of.
