Pros

All in all, the coworkers are good people.

Cons

Many things. There is no sense of structure to anything that is done. Meetings are emotional shouting matches, with repeated arguments. Solutions are never made, suggested or even attempted. People are afraid of the CEO. They fear getting him upset and thus removal from their job. This in turn creates a toxic work environment that is setup to never meet any goals. Communication is by far the poorest I’ve seen in any company I have worked for. I was often talked over by all levels of my “team.” Honestly, the group I worked with is no team. This place relies on copying what’s been done. In fact, I was told to “copy what others are doing. Don’t do what you do.” There is no innovation. Design is disrespected here. Unfortunately people are overworked, stressed and due to the setup of the company, they appear to be suffering physically and mentally. I was becoming negative there, and knew I had to remove myself. They preach wellbeing, but it is not practiced. Those who are stuck there, i wish you much luck.

Pros

I had the chance to meet some incredibly talented and kind people, though unfortunately most of them eventually left.

Cons

This company is a textbook example of a toxic workplace. Leadership exists solely to appease the CEO, who exhibits narcissistic behavior, a volatile temper, and a complete disconnect from reality. Every decision, no matter how small, must go through the CEO. I understand that leadership approval is part of any organization, but the lack of communication and alignment between teams and management regularly results in entire weeks of work being discarded overnight. I’ve personally experienced 120+ hours of work wasted simply because leadership changed direction on a whim. Effort, skill, and results mean nothing if they don’t align with the CEO’s personal preferences. This goes beyond simple micromanagement — it creates a hostile, demoralizing, and psychologically exhausting work environment where employees are set up to fail rather than succeed. Processes? Nonexistent. Accountability? Only for employees, never leadership. Talented associates are constantly undermined, treated as incompetent, and stripped of confidence. The environment is so mentally exhausting that multiple colleagues have had to take medical leave for stress or mental health reasons. HR does not protect employees—they exist to cover up the dysfunction and preserve the CEO’s image. And the 5-star reviews you see online? Don’t be fooled—they are mostly FAKE. Don’t waste your time going through their hiring process. Most new hires I’ve seen don’t even last two months, and several people quit within their first one or two weeks. The turnover is extreme, which says everything you need to know about how this company operates.
