      Lots of great, hardworking employees. Flexibility for students or parents. Little to no experience required.

      Cons

      Ghastly pay. Promotion unlikely. Mean-spirited management. Low hours. Arbitrary goals designed to punish, rather than reward employees. Idiotic policies. Poor business plan. Ridiculously ineffective training programs. All high-level managers are outside hires.

      Tips can be good, good manager

      Cons

      You make minimum wage as a supervisor, things break a lot and owners don’t seem to care about employee wellbeing. Also understaffed and overworked but there are still demands to cut labor/hours
