      Pros

      I liked the team leadership skills i gained. As well as accounting rolls, and ability the hire and fire employees. I had the skills to start up selling too.

      Cons

      Not everyone is the smartest, i feel like with my education now i had to leave in order to gain more experience in my own field.

      Tips can be good, good manager

      Cons

      You make minimum wage as a supervisor, things break a lot and owners don’t seem to care about employee wellbeing. Also understaffed and overworked but there are still demands to cut labor/hours
