They will throw a little bone to you here and there so you don't quit. Maybe %25 off if all the numbers look good. If you are lucky you will get a break that day.
Cons
Terrible pay. Company is desperate and throwing employees under the bus. Must work off the clock and skip breaks to meet their expectations. Two class actions alone since I've worked here.
