Pros
Most of the coworkers get along well and are like minded. They offer full benefit package. Direct conversations with the executive team are possible on a daily basis.
Cons
Micromanagement, 8-10 years of service with no pay raises, poor planning, does not take feedback from front line employees with hands on experience. No holiday or weekend rotations...all employees are expected to work all holidays.
