Pros
This section shouldn't even be on here for this review when it comes to this company. The only single solitary reason why Rottler gets that one lonely star rating is because of the awesome employees. Well most of them at least. Other than that , it is definitely the worst , most unorganized, structureless and bad habit forming company that I have ever worked for in my life and trust me. I have worked in some pretty horrible places. The direction of this company is going one way and one way only. DOWN! If you ever have the delight of having an interview at this company. You should definitely ask what the turn around has been like for the last 5 years compared to the 85 years prior. I'm willing to bet the house that the last 5 years on average per year is higher than any one of the first 85 years. And I am not a betting man. With all the neow hires coming in with their skill sets has turned Rottler around from Perennial Allstars to the Bad News Bears. Bottom line, I wouldn't go as low to recommend this place to my worst enemy and that is the honest to God truth.
Cons
If you are the type that, doesn't mind not getting the comprehensive training that one will need to be knowledgeable and successful at that job. Then Rottler is the place for you. If you are the type that, doesn't mind not being able to talk to your HR Dept because of being unapproachable, to busy or working from home. Then Rottler is the place for you. If you are the type that, is all for rolling out a subpar product compared to the machines of10-15 years ago because the bottom line is more important than enduser. Once again Rottler is the place for you. That is just to name off a few of the cons.
