      Always work to be done Commission-based, the more you work the more you make (most of the time) No licensure or prior experience necessary to begin, great entry-level plumbing/maintenance job

      Cons

      Long, often uncertain work hours. You could work from 8am-10pm, or go home at 12:30pm and make no money when the schedule is slow No benefits of any kind Franchises are often independently owned and family-run, brings with it some drama/politics
