Tough place to work for a long time - Client Manager Rothschild Safaris Employee Review

Ownership/Management is rough. Micromanaging is a serious problem, to the point where they have software on the computers that take photos of your work throughout the day and get sent to management. The work is remote, but there isn’t flexibility to take a break or a walk etc. just lunch breaks would be accepted. The clientele is extremely high end and there’s a lot of pressure with that. Very low pay for industry standards and growth is possible, but extremely slow.
