You are absolutely right ... if the Values and core philosophies of the company do not resonate with you or spark something for you personally, you will certainly feel out of place. Business leaders have always said that best places to work are "weird." There is something very unique about the soul of a great company that will either draw a person in or make someone who is not aligned with the culture feel very out of place. After all, the first four letters of "CULTure" are... . We certainly feel disheartened that you felt trepidation in expressing feedback. We try to offer as many anonymous opportunities to make suggestions. But, truly, some of our most successful leaders started in entry level positions and had a history of bringing up opportunities for us to improve.
