Pros
It's hard for me to think about reasons why I should leave Roth Staffing. I know that in this industry, you could definitely make a lot of money working in-house for a specific company, but the PTO structure here is amazing. Not only do you get to work from home, you also get the option of a 9/80 schedule where you work 9 days per pay period and can get alternating Fridays off. How awesome is that? Because of this, I use less PTO days and we still get major holidays off. The commission potential here is also great. You can get it for hiring temporary or direct and of course the most commission will come from direct but it's also nice to get a consistent flow from temporary hires. I'm sure that working in-house could be easier and higher paying upfront, but unless I get the full remote and 9/80 schedule with that opportunity, I don't see myself leaving Roth Staffing for a very long time.
Cons
Even though we do get a lot of flexibility in our PTO package, I wish we could get a higher accrual amount. I also like the commission package but I wish that the temporary hire structure was easier to understand.
