      Pros

      Company culture and hiring for culture is a top priority. Senior leaders truly want employees to feel cared about, they have integrity, and do their best to be transparent about all things. Work/ life balance is great - lots of options to choice from and lots of flexibility. Senior leaders go above and beyond in times of personal crisis for employees. Access to the very best technology in the industry and they are always making it better. Corporate co-workers are friendly and respond within minutes of a request - this is amazing!

      Cons

      There are not many avenues to grow into other roles. The MVV is not always upheld in local markets. High stress type of work and easy burn out for those that can’t handle the pace and stress.

      Pros

      There is a great culture and the team is always willing to work with one another. People are kind, hard working, easy to get along with.

      Cons

      Feeling stagnant even after voicing the desire to the next step. There’s no bonuses for experience coordinators, and no yearly increase.
