Great Company Culture - Branch Manager Roth Staffing Employee Review

Roth really knows how to take care of their employees! I recently won Roth’s Top Performer’s trip to Hawaii, 2019. The trip was one I’ll never forget and it created memories that will last a lifetime. We snorkeled, golfed, enjoyed the spa, and experienced the best beaches in Maui. I was treated as royalty by the Roth family which is how they treat each and every individual in this organization. Despite all those fabulous events, the highlight of the trip was the people and relationships I made with other Roth Coworkers in the country. It’s truly magical to meet someone and instantly share the same values and beliefs despite the geographical boundaries. I’m truly honored to be apart of such a great culture and company.
