The field personnel, the ones actually making money for the company, we’re mostly all fun people with work with.
Cons
Roth started as a small town service company, and was that way, until 2021-2022, when they sold out to a corporate mother company. This decision ruined Roth. It made them so money hungry and greedy, that they raised their prices so high that the word started to spread to the surrounding areas that Roth was the most expensive company around, causing revenue and sales to start to drop. Where they’re at now is WAY over staffed with a huge overhead that they aren’t able to afford anymore, inevitably causing them to start to let people go.
