      One of the best working place i ever had. Good place with the available resources, friendly environment & new challenges are given to prove Knowledge, skills, and abilities. Will be the best company for the one who want develop their carrier.

      If you want aggressive growth either in salary or experience then this is not the right place for you.

      Pros

      Its been almost 2 years since i started working in rotech info systems pvt ltd and i had some great learning. It has a very good training faculty which is indeed a positive to their employees. Work environment is excellent. Mangers try to help us with whatever extent possible

      Cons

      Salary structure and annual hike is one of the worst in the IT industry. Lot of unnecessary policies like 9 hours + 7 Hours mandatory. Notice period is for 3 months and without buy back or early release
