Pros

None. Extremely disorganized and no morale.

Cons

Everything. Only upper management gets paid fairly. Turnover rate is something I’ve never seen before. Employees are treated as if they are less than. And not one person enjoys working there. Most dysfunctional company I’ve ever seen.

Pros

The business vibe is good. New factory-office. Salary is relatively OK. The best is that you have a lunch and dinner for free and obligated pause at mid-day. The office is one big area with the management and direction which makes the communication easier and quicker to solve problems.

Cons

Overworking ... you can be easily working from 8 am to 8-9 pm each day, sometimes on Saturday mornings.. The majority of people after dinner goes home.. but you will be socially treated if you do, so better keep working "hard" up to the late hours just to show to your boss that you "are correct".. The communication with Luxembourg Headquaters is a joke - the management from there wants something but the direction here wants another thing.. And most importantly, they can yell at you in the meeting for something very normal.. yelling like ... well .. asian culture. pressure and pressure. No respect/education.
