Among flexible working conditions, great pay and the potential to move across different functions of the business, the one thing that stands out here is the people. Never have I ever encountered such a diverse group of passionate, intelligent, unique and driven individuals. One of the most impressive things about the company is the diversity and representation. It's rare to find companies that are genuinely committed to this.

Like any start-up, there are intense periods of growth which means that things move quickly.
