Two confounders one is doing everything in reach to make the company and the people working there feel comfotable and be happy, Whereas there's this other dude who thinks he's just know it all and doesn't have any respect for people older than him or younger, treats employees inhumanly, working there was made worst because this one person,

Co founder~ who treat people like no one other in the whole world would have ever done, mocking them about their personal family backgrounds, holding grudges like cheap adolescent teenage girls against employees and mocking again and again for the work that is not even the particular person area of work , doesn't even have a sense of respect for people, judges peple on their background and gives them this atitude that clearly says he's a rich kid with issues and grumpiness. A kid who doesn't know what respect is !!

Rostrum has a great social media presence and seems to excel at client acquisition.

The disadvantage of the above is that the mentor/counselor-mentee relationship feels more transactional, and it seems less like an education company and more like a sales engine. My pay was neither competitive nor commensurate with my experience and was far below the industry average. Worse, however, is that once a student is assigned to you as a college admissions counselor/coach, the communication from the 'team' is nonexistent and you're very much on your own.
