Pros
The company has spent time, money and attention on my development. All jobs are advertised internally, so lots of people have been internally promoted (including myself). Good facilities for staff including competitions, pool table, darts board, sofas, television and computers.
Cons
Salary & benefits package could be better. Some managers could do with more training on their people management skills. Work can be very stressful and demanding at times (but also very stretching and rewarding).
