Pros
Laid-back environment at times; Some of the employees in different departments are actually very nice, helpful & knowledgeable. You never have to take work home....only the stress from the entire day & the fact that you have to go back & deal with those certain few people again the next day haha
Cons
the people working have been there for so long they actually believe they have certain privileges or seniority over anyone new. Any new employee will be taken advantage of due to those that have been there longer delegating their duties onto you. Unfortunately, YES, because they have been there so long...the boss WILL side with them & the new employee (no matter how good you are) will be out of a job.
