The owner and management make for an awful work environment. They specialize in micromanaging. They say the pigs come first, but it is clear that their main interest is money and prestige. Money raised through fundraising doesn't always go where they say. They run a non-profit as well and it is highly questionable the way the money bounces around between the retail business and the nonprofit, not to mention certain people's pockets.
