Pros
I enjoyed many of my co-workers and gained a great appreciation of the struggles of the working class. Had a set scheduled and often felt rewarded by customer interactions.
Cons
Management focus solely on numbers. The mentality of the company is very much business centered and this was often conflicting with the idea of being a service oriented solution provider.
