      There are a number of positives. These include: - Technically savvy management - Interesting code base - Small company environment

      Cons

      Dual offices may create communication problems. This didn't happen often but when it does it can be a bit challenging.

      Pros

      Ross Group is a good, small company to work for. They are growing their business in remote database support services and will likely be a success at it. The owners and managers are good people that work hard to balance the work-life environment especially considering the ever changing technologies that require continual education and training in new technologies and products.

      Cons

      As a small company it may lack some of the perks of the large companies.
