Pros

I learned a lot about myself and what I want out of a career.

Cons

Where do I even begin? Working at this company feels like stepping into a dysfunctional, high school-like environment ruled by a tyrannical owner whose presence keeps everyone on edge. The unprofessional, cliquey atmosphere is suffocating, with rampant micromanagement at every level stifling any sense of autonomy or creativity. The immature coworker dynamic drags you down quickly, fostering a toxic culture where alcoholism is not only tolerated but enabled—open kegs of beer in the office and some employees drinking at their desks create a highly unprofessional setting. Project requirements shift so frequently it’s impossible to keep up, leading to constant frustration and wasted effort. The company’s cheapness is blatant—staff are expected to pitch in for Friday lunches, and the Tulsa office has unresolved mold issues. The so-called “unlimited” PTO is a sham; most employees avoid taking it due to the intense guilt-tripping and backlash from management if you dare ask for a day off. Overall a demoralizing, nepotistic mess that prioritizes control over progress. I don’t see this place lasting more than a couple more years.

Pros

Good culture and good people.

Cons

Lost it's way when long term people were let go. If you didn't fit in, you were out. Questioned some of the business practices once the federal investigation began. Bonuses and salaries were not equal.
