      Some nice folk but not enough

      Cons

      Huge favouritism going on in the departments, previous experience and background ignored, employees to be 'brain washed' into what the managers want. Major lack of expertise and knowledge in the field. Must be a 'yes-man' to survive.

      There is one person there who abuses their employees. HR will pretend they do not know of the matter, and promote their behavior as long as this person keeps chugging work for them.
