Not much training, could use some help for new hires

There are literally no pros.

Absolute joke of a place to work. They will lie to you about what the opportunity actually is while making you clean their CRM. Your sales skill and experience will not matter. You will be put onto the worst, 10 year old dead leads the company has while being expected to funnel everything to the “sales manager” so he can take half of it. The “sales management” concept here is a joke btw. Literally nonexistent. Your only hope is to relentlessly suck up and bow down - if you’re the type that can stomach that.
