The pay is great if you show initiative and willingness to learn all aspects of the company.
Cons
Management treats you as if you world and time revolves around the company. If you ever plan anything on a supposed day off, you better have a document that’s signed, dated and notarized saying you’ll be with family or out of town. They will call you at a moments notice expecting you to be able to answer your phone and be at work ASAP on a scheduled day off. Happened to me 10-15 minutes before my shift ended and finally having a day off after working just more than a month straight with no days off. Had plans for my children to visit me and had been waiting for two months to do anything with them but when management told me I had to work I said no my family is first like this company but management didn’t care.
