Pros

Nothing this is a dump to work in.

Cons

Air conditioning has been broken since my first day. Upon meeting the manager she spoke negatively about the workers and the other manager asked me about my pay basically said this is a bad place to work. I was hired as assistant manager fulltime but my first week I only received 18hrs the next 22 when I asked about it I was told well I'm not going to cut the others hrs because they've been here longer. Excuse me I'm above them in management my hrs come first. They received a new manager my second week there and she accused me of talking about her to customers I'm new to the area I dont even know anyone I dont even talk to my coworkers. When I put in my two weeks notice to the district manager he didnt even ask why he just said ok and hung up. The back stock in the back is ridiculous they are infested with spiders I dont think anyone needs to work in this district. Let's not forget you have to climb aboard an 18 wheeler to unload the truck yourself.

Pros

If you’re looking for just a few hours a week that is ideal for this store

Cons

Lillington specifically starts you out at 7.25/hr and you’re required to unload the truck even during freezing weather and extreme heat with absolutely no heat or ac accommodations and the average hourly employee gets about 16 hours a week maybe an extra 4 when the truck comes. They give a .05¢ raise per year. And peoples hours constantly get cut because we’re told “we don’t have hours this week”
