They don't pay!! They will promise you the world but won't live up to it. Spend a year there and if your lucky you will get a 50 cent raise. The production supervisors are the biggest joke. I wouldn't let these idiots wash my car and they have power to do what they want with the employees. The place looks really legit on the outside but wait until you are in the mix of things. It's the worse place I've ever worked and I didn't even work on the production floor. Run the other way folks. There are many other machine shops around that will treat you better
