There is a good environment for work on latest technology & upcoming technology, Rosensoft working environment is very nice and works in many platform, so provide the best knowledge in development field and good hike in every six months.
Cons
Every months second and fourth Saturday off, not off all Saturday.

Company has gone to a bad phase for few months but recovered now. Enjoying my stint.
Management is good and cooperative.
Cons
1. No Cab Facility.
2. only first and last Saturday off
