      Rosen is a highly technical company with great technology. The benefits are astounding, a great vacation policy and choices for health insurance.

      Cons

      Workloads can fluctuate and changes in schedule are common. (Work/life balance can suffer, but it is not constant) Some company software are older.

      Great atmosphere, peers who are always willing to assist, opportunities for advancement within the US as well as worldwide.

      Cons

      The Columbus office is small but growing, there is occasional downtime.
