Some of these reviews of our company have been pretty negative. I'm here to say, that, sadly they're all accurate. I think the owner and his puppet president have good intentions, but just don't know how to run the business in difficult times. If they could step away and get new leadership, then maybe there is hope

What has all of us worried is the constant and dramatic drop in revenue. We're all told to hang tight and things will get better, but nobody has a plan or story as to how they will get better. I for one will not hang around and hope for the best. Management should be giving us a a reason to stay, but I've yet to see one. I guess what sums it up best, and this is not just my opinion, is that we zero confidence in leadership here anymore. As other reviews have said, this place used to be the place to work. There were strong and capable people in most key positions. Many of those people left for better opportunities.
