The company culture is so amazing. Everyone is so kind and cool and helpful. Managers are very supportive of your growth. 3 weeks vacation to start + summer Fridays + 3 wellness days
Cons
I understand that in a startup, ambiguity and fast paced is expected. But the ceo really have to back off from being the product guy. Let smart people that you hired do their jobs and make this product awesome.
