Pros
The kids are great to work with. In some ways, this is less work than traditional teaching
Cons
Management is hierarchical. Veterans sit back while newbies do a lot of the grunt work. There is a high turnover rate for a reason. They are a business, not a school, and value is often misplaced. There is a problem with passivity and letting harmful employees stay around too long so they don't have to pay unemployment. Break the contract, and pay $3000 (but only for the ones they don't like).
