The crew was tight. We had open message links, you can always ask for advice, clarification, very friendly collective. But they will throw into the thick of it. The pay is decent for that type of job, and they pay on time. Benefits are often. There is a chance for growth, 've seen several of my collegues transfer to another Department or get promotion.
Cons
Currently You have to work from inside Russia. Untill the regime change. High Level of new information. There is constantly changes to scripts, new information, protocols. They are pretty good at warning you and catagorizing it, but you will have to work with high amount of Data and change on the fly.
