      I enjoy working to the Roscoe Staff it's a family environment and the staff treat you like familt.

      Pros

      I feel like I'm part of a family. It starts at the top with the owner and flows all the way through everybody else. They truly care about their employees health and well being, especially during the pandemic. Great pay and also great benefits. I couldn't imagine working for another company!

      There are no downsides to working here.
