I love the autonomy at my job where I can spearhead a lot of projects and initiatives to help improve. The collaborative nature here is a really great aspect of the company and I truly cherish the relationships I have forged here with agents, HR and seniors. During my time, I had a lot of opportunities to work with a lot of professionals in the industry and really contribute to the organization during its rebranding.

Sometimes the structure is a bit laid back which may lead to things not being as organized as a larger more corporate organization. And the economy has been tough for the real estate market so things can fluctuate at times.

Learned how to prospect using salesforce. Learned the ropes of transacting, business development meetings, leases.

this is more of a learning opportunity.
