      Pros

      1) One gets complete freedom to contribute in the product however one wants, making it a quite flexible work environment. 2) Amazing and friendly set of people. (Probably the best part of the company) 3) One can get knowledge of multiple verticals, as all work very closely thus making experience quite diverse.

      Cons

      1) Can have more senior folks in teams, who can guide and implement processes thus making it even a better place to work at.

      There was no delay in salary

      Cons

      -Salary details were not explained clearly in the beginning - Requested for Employment contract document (but when I insisted, they gave me a Word file of one page which described leave days) - Hard to work remotely as it is difficult to report your higherups(if done, they will team up and turn against you)
