      Pros

      The work culture is nothing like one would see anywhere else, an amazing place to collectively grow and nurture as employees and individuals all together!

      Cons

      Once an employee gets used to this work environment, It's going to be very difficult to adjust any other place!

      There was no delay in salary

      Cons

      -Salary details were not explained clearly in the beginning - Requested for Employment contract document (but when I insisted, they gave me a Word file of one page which described leave days) - Hard to work remotely as it is difficult to report your higherups(if done, they will team up and turn against you)
